Governance, Leadership & Integrity
- Corruption: Enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Every 100 CFA stolen equals 1 year in maximum-security prison with hard labor.
- Political Prisoners: Grant full pardon to all political detainees.
- Rule of Government: Establish a federated system of governance for balanced regional autonomy.
- Governors: To be elected by the people, not appointed.
- Transparency: Create an online public accountability platform for all national projects. All bids for contracts will be public information.
- Audit: Annual government audits, from the presidency to each ministry, overseen by 40 auditors (4 per region + 1 international organization).
- Traditional Rulers: Receive 150,000 CFA monthly salary to strengthen cultural leadership.
Infrastructure & Transportation
- Roads: Pave 90% of the nation’s roads (110,000 km) with interchanges, greenery, tolls, and smart maintenance.
- Airports: Build international-standard airports in every region; expand Cameroon Airlines fleet to 50+ aircraft.
- Seaports: Rebuild Tiko and Limbe ports into world-class global trade hubs.
- Railways: Expand a national railway from Makari (Far North) to Moloundou (East).
- Street Lighting: Install 60,000–80,000 km of solar-powered streetlights.

- Industrial Revolution: Create 100–300 global Cameroonian brands; invest $1 Billion yearly in tech & industrial startups.
- Entrepreneurship Grants: Allocate 5 billion CFA annually to support 5,000 entrepreneurs (500 per region).
- Retail & Tariffs: Increase import tariffs on non-essential foreign goods to protect local industries by 2037.

- Cocoa: #1 global cocoa producer and chocolate exporter.

- Financial Inclusion: Every citizen gets a bank account at age 16 with free debit/credit card.

- Military Budget: Increase from $500million to $5 billion.
- Personnel: Expand from 40,000 to 400,000 soldiers with advanced air, cyber, land, and naval capabilities.
- Military Pay: Base salary raised to 250,000 CFA/month (+20% increase).
- Fire Department: Build 100+ modern fire stations with 200+ fire trucks, making Cameroon #1 in Africa.
Global Identity & Image
- Passport: Cameroon’s passport ranks among top 5 in Africa (100 visa-free countries).
- Brand Image: Promote Cameroon as a global beacon of innovation, culture, and excellence.
- Global Positioning: Today Cameroon’s GDP is $56B (Rank 94th globally and 15th in Africa)by 2052 Cameroon’s GDP will be $250B-$350B. (Ranked 6th- 4th largest economy in Africa, and about the 30th-50th economy in the world.)
- Job creation: Our 2032–2052 Vision is expected to create about 3.5–6.1 million job.
- Poverty reduction: Reduce poverty from 37.7% to less than 10%. Making Cameroon the top 5 countries in Africa and top 20 -30 countries in the world with the lowest poverty rate ahead of USA, Germany, Japan, Italy and Canada.
- Debt free: Cameroon's public debt as of 2025 stands at $24.5 billion . Our vision makes provision for this debt to be resolved between 2032- 2042
