VISION 2032-2052-LAND OF MILK AND HONEY
SUMMARY OF OUR NATIONAL VISION (2032–2052)
Governance, Leadership & Integrity
- Corruption: Enforce a zero-tolerance policy. For every 100 CFA stolen/embezzled or taken as bribe equals 1 year in maximum-security prison with hard labor.
- Political Prisoners: Grant full pardon to all political detainees.
- Rule of Government: Establish a federated system of governance for balanced regional autonomy.
- Governors: Governors will be elected by the people, not appointed to foster accountability.
- Transparency: Create an online public accountability platform for all national projects. All bids for contracts will be by merit, and will be open to all national contractors.
- Audit: Annual government audits, from the presidency to each ministry, will be conducted and overseen by 40 independent auditors (4 per region + 1 international organization)All audits will be broadcasted and accessible to every citizen.
- Cultural Renewal Initiative(CRI): Each of Cameroon's 200 + tribes will receive 200,000,000 cfa to reconstruct their palaces to rebuild our cultural leadership stature and boost tourism.
- Cultural Leadership Appreciation Initiative (CLAI): Traditional rulers of each tribe will also receive a monthly salary of 200,000 CFA to strengthen cultural leadership.
Infrastructure & Transportation
- Roads: Pave 90% of the nation’s roads (110,000 km)by 2052. 5000KM of road annually with interchanges, greenery, tolls, and smart maintenance.
- Airports: Build international-standard airports in every region; expand Cameroon Airlines fleet to 50+ aircraft.
- New City Initiative: New modern administrative cities of 10 skyscrapers will be constructed on 1000 acres in every region of Cameroon. Each city will be mixed-use, designed to combine residential, commercial, and administrative spaces, creating vibrant hubs for living, working, and governance.
- Seaports: Rebuild Tiko and Limbe sea ports into world-class global trade hubs.
- Railways: Expand a national railway from Makari (Far North) through every region and down to Moloundou (East) connecting all the 10 regions of Cameroon to foster the transportation of goods and raw materials.
- Street Lighting: Install 60,000–80,000 km of solar-powered streetlights.
- Urban Transportation: Establish and Improve urban transportation with low cost public city buses. A futuristic, electrical metro system for fast and cheap transportation.
- Roads Infrastructure to Palaces: leading to all the palaces of traditional rulers in Cameroon will be paved and given priority to ease access to the natives and boost tourism.
- History Preservation : Museums will be built in every region to represent the history and culture of every tribe in the region to preserve our history and boost tourism.
- Yellow Taxi Initiative: A new Yellow Taxi Transportation Program will offer zero-interest car loans to help citizens purchase brand new taxis, with monthly payments over 5–10 years. Each year, 1,000 qualified applicants will benefit, creating jobs, empowering families, and improving public transport across Cameroon.
Economy & Industrialization
- Industrial and technological Revolution: Foster the creation of 200–300 global house hold name Cameroonian brands across every industry.
- $2billion Investment Initiative (2BI): We will Establish a 2bllion annual grant initiative to be invested in tech, Agriculture, Robotics, AI, Health, Fashion, Entertainment, & industrial startups.
- Entrepreneurship Grants (EG): We will allocate 10 billion CFA each year to support 10,000 entrepreneurs nationwide, giving 1 million CFA to each trader, with 1000 beneficiaries per region so every community can grow.
- Retail & Tariffs: Increase import tariffs on non-essential foreign goods to protect local industries by 2037.
- SMEs: Strengthen textile, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
- Exports: Position Cameroon as Africa’s breadbasket through agro-industrial dominance by tripling food production through mass agricultural industrialization. The exportation of raw materials will be banned.
- Mining and Mineral Exploration: We will establish ethical Large scale mining and exploration of all Cameroon's natural resources and minerals by Cameroonian owned Companies.
- Manufacturing: We will establish factories, refineries and industrial zones to process our raw materials, manufacture Cameroonian products in every industry.
- Currency :Transition from the CFA to a fully independent national currency, or lead the effort toward creating a unified Pan-African currency that strengthens economic freedom, promotes regional stability, and gives our people full control over their financial future.
Agriculture & Natural Resources
- Cocoa: Cameroon becomes #1 global cocoa producer and cocoa product exporter.
- Cotton: Cameroon becomes #1 cotton and textile producer in Africa.
- Sugarcane: Cameroon becomes #5 global sugar powerhouse with modern refineries.
- Fisheries: Cameroon becomes #1 fish producer and exporter of fish and fish products in Africa.
- Banana: Cameroon becomes #1 African banana producer and exporter of banana and associated products.
- Palm Oil: Cameroon becomes #1 African palm oil producer and exporter of palm oil products.
- Poultry: Cameroon will build the largest chicken farm in the world (20 million chicken capacity).
- Duck Farm: Cameroon will build the largest duck farm in the world.(20million duck capacity).
- Livestock:
- Build a 3 million pig farm capacity(world’s largest pig farm).Become Africa's largest exporter of pig and pig products.
- Build a 5 million rabbit farm capacity (world largest rabbit farm).Become the largest exporter of rabbit products.
- Build a 3 million pig farm capacity(world’s largest pig farm).Become Africa's largest exporter of pig and pig products.
- Rubber: Cameroon becomes #3 rubber producer in Africa and exporter of rubber products.
- Food Production: Triple food production
Energy, Technology & Digital Sovereignty
- Power: Generate 20,000 MW of hydropower, ensuring energy availability and consistency in every part of the nation and boost exports to neighboring nations.
- Internet: We will ensure the that at least 90% of Cameroon's landscape has access to 5G network while we lay the foundation for 6G-ready infrastructure.
- Space: Launch one national satellite annually into orbit to foster technological advancement and aid in weather, military and geological operations.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Build a futuristic advanced Cameroonian-owned and managed cloud storage facility to foster national security and state autonomy.
- Innovation Hub: Establish a Tech City & AI Complex as Africa’s Silicon Valley.
- Technology: Develop Cameroon-built social media, fintech, tourism, AI, Agriculture, transportation, weather, medical, Entertainment, music & film platforms.
- Crypto: Launch Cameroonian cryptocurrency; every citizen aged 16+ receives $20 worth of crypto to boost and promote participation.
Housing, Lifestyle & Urban Development
- Housing: Build 5 million+ affordable homes, upscale residential buildings, water front islands to ensure homeownership for every citizen with zero interest rates mortgage system (Home loans).
- Lifestyle: Construct mega malls in every capital city and modernize local markets.
- Safety: Create modern zoning laws, modern prisons, well structured and advance police facilities and a central police stations per region.
- Police Fleet: Provide 3,000 new patrol vehicles, 5000 motor cycles, 1000 highway Patrol vehicles and 500 ticket officer vehicles and 200 prestige electric sports car to uplift the face of law enforcement and the national brand.
- Freedom of worship: Institute freedom of worship and grant legalization and operational documents to houses of worship.
Healthcare & Welfare
- Hospitals: Build 100 AI integrated modern regional hospitals and 1,000 clinics across 365 municipalities.
- Health Care Personnel: Train at least 100,000 new doctors and 250,000 nurses and allied health professionals over the next 20 years. 4000 Doctors and 10,000 nurses annually.
- Healthcare Access: We will establish a free basic healthcare system for all citizens; free maternity & pregnancy care.
- ElderCare 65 Initiative (EC65) : We will establish a care initiative for the Elderly that will provide a monthly allowance of 15,000 CFA to every citizen aged 65 and above. This support honors our elders, helps them meet basic needs with dignity, and ensures they are not forgotten in their later years.
- Child Allowance At the birth of every fourth child (and each additional child thereafter), parents will receive a one-time grant of 100,000 CFA. In addition, families will receive a monthly allowance of 10,000 CFA for each of these children until they reach the age of five. This initiative applies exclusively to Cameroonian citizens and is designed to ease the financial burden on growing families while ensuring that every child gets a strong start in life and steady 2-2.5% population growth annually.
- Minimum Wage: Raise current minimum wage to 100,000 CFA/month by 2033 and subsequently to 150,000 CFA by 2040.
- Teachers, Law Enforcement, Nurses & Doctors: We will Implement a 20% salary increase for teachers, law enforcement and healthcare personnel. So to enable proper service and stamp our corruption.
Education, Research & Culture
- Education: We will establish a tuition-free education system from primary to high school with tech-driven AI & STEM curricula.
- Teaching Personnel and Schools: More modern schools infrastructures and teaching personnel will be added to the system. Approximately 200k more teachers will be added to the teaching force.
- Libraries: We will build world-class libraries in every region with advanced AI learning tools and systems.
- Universities & TVET: Expand universities, with technical and vocational education and training. Establish AI, Robotics and Entertainment Institutes.
- Global Talent Program: Sponsor 1,000 graduates (100 per region) annually for STEM studies and exchange programs abroad to acquire knowledge and bring back to Cameroon.
- Culture: Launch a national courtesy campaign promoting respect, Patriotism & kindness.
- National Pledge: Recited at every official gathering.
Sports, Entertainment & Global Recognition
- Stadiums: Build 2 world-class stadiums for every sports domain per region and build a 200,000 capacity stadium. the largest sports stadium in the world.
- Leagues: Establish well governed professional leagues in all sports domains.
- Global recognition: Make Cameroonian leagues to be the best and highest paying in Africa and in the top 5 in the world and raise the prize money from 2million USD to 100million USD.
- Global Hosting: Cameroon to host:
- 2052 FIFA World Cup,
- 2048 Olympics,
- F1, Rugby, Tennis, Golf, Martial Arts, Baseball, E-sports, and Water Sports World Cups.
- 2052 FIFA World Cup,
- Tourism: Rehabilitate 15-20 km of beaches, build world class hotels, resorts ,amusement parks, tourist attractions, aquariums, and zoos nationwide. Revamp and upgrade the 21 national parks and reserves in Cameroon.
- Film & Music: Become 6th-4th largest films/movies producer (500–1000 films/year) with 50 state of the art modern cinemas across the 10 regions and also build the worlds 2nd largest and Africa’s largest Film studio.
- Streaming: Develop national streaming platforms for music and Movies with at least 10–15 million subscribers. Make it the highest paying streaming service in the world.
- Festivals: Launch globally recognized cultural festivals to celebrate Cameroon's diverse cuisine and culture.
Finance, Economy & Inclusion
- Financial Inclusion: Every citizen gets a bank account at age 16 inclusive of a free debit/credit card and $20 crypto currency.
- Banking: Fully digitalize the banking system.
- Accountability: Conduct annual public audits in every region and make the results publicly accessible to all citizens.
Defense, Security & Fire Services
- Military Budget: Increase the military budget from $500million to $5 billion annually.
- Personnel: Expand from 40,000 to 400,000 soldiers with advanced air, cyber, land, and naval capabilities.
- Military Pay: Base salary raised from 51,000 CFA/month to 250,000 CFA/month . (+20% increase with duration and service).
- Fire Department: Build 100+ modern fire stations with 200+ fire trucks, making Cameroon #1 in Africa.
- Fire Power: Allocate 1.5billion annually to equip the military with the proper arsenal.
Global Identity & Image
- Passport: culture Cameroon’s passport to rank amongst the top 3 in Africa and secure at least a 120+ visa-free countries status.
- Brand Image: Promote Cameroon as a global beacon of innovation, culture, and excellence.
- Global Positioning: Today Cameroon’s GDP is $56B (Rank 94th globally and 15th in Africa)by 2052 Cameroon’s GDP will be $500B-$1trillion. (Ranked 4th- 1st largest economy in Africa, and in the top 25 economies in the world.)
- Job creation: Our 2032–2052 Vision is expected to create about 6–10 million jobs.
- Poverty reduction: Reduce poverty from 37.7% to less than 8%. Making Cameroon the top 5 countries in Africa and top 10 -20 countries in the world with the lowest poverty rate better of USA, Germany, Japan, Italy and Canada.
- Debt free: Cameroon's public debt as of 2025 stands at $24.5 billion . Our vision makes provision for this debt to be resolved between 2032- 2042
