SUMMARY OF OUR NATIONAL VISION (2033–2052)
Governance, Leadership & Integrity
- Corruption: Enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Every 100 CFA stolen equals 1 year in maximum-security prison with hard labor.
- Political Prisoners: Grant full pardon to all political detainees.
- Rule of Government: Establish a federated system of governance for balanced regional autonomy.
- Governors: To be elected by the people, not appointed.
- Transparency: Create an online public accountability platform for all national projects. All bids for contracts will be public information.
- Audit: Annual government audits, from the presidency to each ministry, overseen by 40 auditors (4 per region + 1 international organization).
- Traditional Rulers: Receive 150,000 CFA monthly salary to strengthen cultural leadership.
Infrastructure & Transportation
- Roads: Pave 90% of the nation’s roads (110,000 km) with interchanges, greenery, tolls, and smart maintenance.
- Airports: Build international-standard airports in every region; expand Cameroon Airlines fleet to 50+ aircraft.
- Seaports: Rebuild Tiko and Limbe ports into world-class global trade hubs.
- Railways: Expand a national railway from Makari (Far North) to Moloundou (East).
- Street Lighting: Install 60,000–80,000 km of solar-powered streetlights.
Economy & Industrialization
- Industrial Revolution: Create 100–300 global Cameroonian brands; invest $1 Billion yearly in tech & industrial startups.
- Entrepreneurship Grants: Allocate 5 billion CFA annually to support 5,000 entrepreneurs (500 per region).
- Retail & Tariffs: Increase import tariffs on non-essential foreign goods to protect local industries by 2037.
- SMEs: Strengthen textile, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
- Exports: Position Cameroon as Africa’s breadbasket through agro-industrial dominance.
Agriculture & Natural Resources
- Cocoa: #1 global cocoa producer and chocolate exporter.
- Cotton: #1 cotton producer in Africa.
- Sugarcane: #5 global sugar powerhouse with modern refineries.
- Fisheries: #1 fish exporter in Africa.
- Banana: #1 African banana producer.
- Palm Oil: #1 African palm oil producer.
- Poultry: Build the largest chicken farm in the world (20 million chickens).
- Duck Farm: Create a 1 million duck enterprise.
- Livestock:
- 3 million pigs (world’s largest pig farm).
- 5 million rabbits (largest rabbit farm worldwide).
- 3 million pigs (world’s largest pig farm).
- Rubber: Become #3 rubber producer in Africa.
Energy, Technology & Digital Sovereignty
- Power: Generate 20,000 MW of hydropower, ensuring energy independence and exports.
- Internet: Achieve 90% 5G penetration with 6G-ready infrastructure.
- Space: Launch one national satellite annually into orbit.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Build a Cameroonian-owned cloud storage facility.
- Innovation Hub: Establish a Tech City & AI Complex as Africa’s Silicon Valley.
- Technology: Develop Cameroon-built social media, fintech, tourism, AI, music & film platforms.
- Crypto: Launch Cameroonian cryptocurrency; every citizen aged 16+ receives $20 worth of crypto.
Housing, Lifestyle & Urban Development
- Housing: Build 5 million+ affordable homes; ensure homeownership for every citizen.
- Lifestyle: Construct mega malls in every capital city; modernize local markets.
- Safety: Create modern zoning laws, modern prisons, and central police stations per region.
- Police Fleet: Provide 3,000 new patrol vehicles and 10000 motor cycles
Healthcare & Welfare
- Hospitals: Build 100 modern regional hospitals and 1,000 clinics across 365 municipalities.
- Healthcare Access: Free basic healthcare for all citizens; free maternity & pregnancy care.
- Elderly Allowance: 15,000 CFA monthly for citizens aged 65+.
- Child Support: After the third child, parents will receive 100,000 CFA at birth for any child born + 10,000 CFA/month until age 5.(Applies strictly to Cameroonians)
- Minimum Wage: Raise to 100,000 CFA/month.
- Teachers, Law Enforcement, Nurses & Doctors: +20% salary increase.
Education, Research & Culture
- Education: Tuition-free education from primary to high school with tech-driven AI & STEM curricula.
- Teaching Personnel: Add 200k more teachers to the teaching force.
- Libraries: Build world-class libraries in every region.
- Universities & TVET: Expand universities, establish Film, AI, and Entertainment Institutes.
- Global Talent Program: Sponsor 1,000 graduates (100 per region) annually for study abroad.
- Culture: Launch a national courtesy campaign promoting respect & kindness.
- National Pledge: Recited at every official gathering.
Sports, Entertainment & Global Recognition
- Stadiums: Build 2 world-class stadiums per region and the largest stadium in the world in Cameroon.
- Leagues: Establish professional leagues in all sports.
- Global Hosting: Cameroon to host:
- 2052 FIFA World Cup,
- 2048 Olympics,
- F1, Rugby, Tennis, Golf, Martial Arts, Baseball, E-sports, and Water Sports World Cups.
- 2052 FIFA World Cup,
- Tourism: Rehabilitate 5 km of beaches per region, build amusement parks, aquariums, and zoos nationwide.
- Film & Music: Become 6th largest film producer (500–600 films/year) with 50 cinemas and Africa’s largest studio.
- Streaming: Develop a national streaming platform with 10–15 million subscribers.
- Festivals: Launch globally recognized cultural festivals.
Finance, Economy & Inclusion
- Financial Inclusion: Every citizen gets a bank account at age 16 with free debit/credit card.
- Banking: Fully digitalize the banking system.
- Accountability: Conduct annual public audits in every region.
Defense, Security & Fire Services
- Military Budget: Increase from $500million to $5 billion.
- Personnel: Expand from 40,000 to 400,000 soldiers with advanced air, cyber, land, and naval capabilities.
- Military Pay: Base salary raised to 250,000 CFA/month (+20% increase).
- Fire Department: Build 100+ modern fire stations with 200+ fire trucks, making Cameroon #1 in Africa.
Global Identity & Image
- Passport: Cameroon’s passport ranks among top 5 in Africa (100 visa-free countries).
- Brand Image: Promote Cameroon as a global beacon of innovation, culture, and excellence.
- Global Positioning: Today Cameroon’s GDP is $56B (Rank 94th globally and 15th in Africa)by 2052 Cameroon’s GDP will be $250B-$350B. (Ranked 6th- 4th largest economy in Africa, and about the 30th-50th economy in the world.)
- Job creation: Our 2032–2052 Vision is expected to create about 3.5–6.1 million job.
- Poverty reduction: Reduce poverty from 37.7% to less than 10%. Making Cameroon the top 5 countries in Africa and top 20 -30 countries in the world with the lowest poverty rate ahead of USA, Germany, Japan, Italy and Canada.
- Debt free: Cameroon's public debt as of 2025 stands at $24.5 billion . Our vision makes provision for this debt to be resolved between 2032- 2042
