National Citizen Contribution and Infrastructure Development Projork created to enable Cameroonians at home and abroad to directly finance the rebuilding, modernization, and preservation of the nation’s critical infrastructure and cultural heritage. Note that this project is in no shape or form replacing or subsidizing any government policy , project or responsibility. This is a way for patriotic Cameroonians who want to see the nation excel in excellence and stature Cameroonians who want to see the emergence of a beautiful nation to invest directly into the country.
The policy is anchored on one foundational principle:
When millions of citizens contribute modest, consistent amounts through a transparent system, a nation can build sustainably without excessive debt or dependency.
The Homeland Project transforms patriotism into measurable national assets, built by the people, visible to the people, and preserved for future generations.
Funds raised under this policy shall be dedicated exclusively to infrastructure and national assets with the highest impact:
No funds shall be diverted to recurrent government expenditure or political activities.
Participation in the Homeland Project is voluntary and open to all Cameroonians, regardless of income level or geographic location.
